During more than 35 years of working in the Middle East, Africa and the Far East, Les has managed and developed operations of all scales, overseeing dramatic fleet growth on a number of occasions and managing the consolidation of multiple operations. He has developed a reputation for quickly getting to grips with complex operations and getting the very best out of the teams that he has led.

Chris McKenny
In addition to over 35 years experience of working in the Middle East, Africa and the Far East, Chris also served as a ship’s Master on various types of offshore vessels which gives him an insight into both sides of an operation. He has a track record of getting a large fleet of vessels operating to a high standard in a short space of time. Chris also has the ability to develop a high performance team culture and maintain excellent customer relationships while growing business revenue.
